Quick-Twist
New Generation Dismantling Joints
Quick-Twist replaces traditional dismantling joints made of steel or cast iron with a faster, lighter and simpler solution. Instead of laboriously screwing adjusting nuts and threaded rods together, Quick-Twist uses a single twist mechanism to set the required length, then fixes like a normal flange.
The result: more than half the usual installation time saved, significantly lighter handling, and a corrosion-resistant all-plastic construction. Equipped with VP flange with an integrated O-ring on the loose side, Quick-Twist delivers the connection and sealing properties of Reinert-Ritz’s best flange designs in one integrated piece. Available for both water and wastewater applications with colour-coded identification.

Compact connections from one flange material to another
The QUICK-TWIST fitting and extension piece is available with seals for drinking water and wastewater. Both versions are clearly distinctive, marked with different colour bands so that you can identify at a glance for which application the QUICK-TWIST is intended for you. This makes it easy to ensure that all fittings fit together according their purpose securely.
Flanges: VP flange with Stainless Backing Ring one side with integrated rubber seal O-ring to PE Stub Flange with Stainless Steel AS4087 backing ring on other side
