The ELEKTRA range of EF welders from Ritmo Italy are for PE Pressure Electrofusion fittings. These universal electrofusion machines are characterised by high performance and significantly reduced weight.
We stock a 3 different models, covering from 20mm up to 1200mm diameter pipe. Below are the data sheets for each model we stock.
The ELEKTRA EF Welder is a universal electrofusion machine, with a barcode scanner and universal lead ends so you can weld any brand of EF fitting. The welders have a in built memory for data logging all welds, and a USB download report providing you with a PDF file for your QA requirements.
We stock all spare parts in NZ, and provide full servicing and calibration to ensure your welder will serve your company for many years to come.
All welders are a 10amp plug, except the XL model which comes with a 15amp plug fitted.
ELEKTRA LIGHT is a universal electrofusion machine, suitable for welding pipe/fittings for the transport of gas, water and for welding fire sprinkler systems (PE, PP, PP-R couplings from 8 to 48 V).
The Elektra Light machine is made in compliance with international standards.
This is welding machine’s structure is light weight, so it is extremely easy to carry around.

ELEKTRA M is a universal electrofusion machine characterised by high performance and reduced weight. The welding machine has been designed to weld EF fittings up to OD 315 mm (230 V version) for PE, PP, PP-R high pressure pipelines. It can weld EF fittings within the range 8 – 48 V.
The Elektra M features:
– High resistance technopolymer shell
– “Defender” protection system against dust and rain
– Lifting handle and cable wrapping
– Built-in memory of 4000 welds
– Possibility to download the welding report thanks to the USB port in PDF, CSV, BIN format. For BIN format it is necessary to purchase the RITMO transfer software. The USB port is also used to upgrade the welding machine firmware and to plug the ESC-POS printer to get the welding report immediately printed on site.

– Intuitive control panel with the possibility to customise the menu in 20 different languages
– 90° universal connectors 4.0 – 4.7mm, no need for adapters
– A laser scanner in order to read the EF fitting barcode and to set the welding parameters automatically according to the ISO 13950. The laser technology of the scanner enhances the reading quality in case of severe light reflections or contrasts. It is also possible to enter both the welding parameters. (Voltage/Time) and the welding barcode digits manually.

ELEKTRA XL is a universal electrofusion machine characterised by high performance and reduced weight. The welding machine has been designed to weld EF fittings* up to OD 1600 mm for PE, PP, PP-R high pressure pipelines. It is available in the 230 V version and in two different EF fittings range*: 8 ÷ 48 V or 8÷80 V.
