The CaseCore Pipe Spacer Raci range is a modular, screwless pipe spacer system designed to accurately centralise carrier pipes within casing pipes while providing outstanding load distribution and long-term protection. The innovative ball-shaped skid design reduces friction during installation, delivers excellent abrasion resistance, and helps protect both the carrier pipe and casing.

Manufactured from 100% recyclable polyethylene (PE), the metal-free system is ideal for cathodically protected steel pipelines, offering high mechanical strength, flexibility and corrosion-free performance. The integrated tooth connection enables fast, secure assembly without bolts or screws, reducing installation time on site.

With just seven modular spacer series, the CaseCore Pipe Spacer Raci range accommodates carrier pipe outside diameters from 38 mm to 2500 mm, simplifying product selection and inventory while providing a reliable solution for water, wastewater, gas, industrial and utility pipeline crossings. Heavy-duty skid options and high-temperature materials are also available for specialised applications.

Where friction needs to be totally reduced there are roller and rolling ball versions that can be fitted to certain types of spacers.
