These machines are manually operated and often setup with an external datalogger or QA system which we can supply or tie in with the use of the PE Weld Bank system we also provide to the market.

All machines come with 24 month factory warranty for your peace of mind.
For sizes 63mm up to 355mm we only stock the Easylife Automatic range of Butt Welders in NZ which is based on customer feedback and industry demands with councils and engineers to have semi-automatic operation. They are the machines we recommend for anyone new to the welding industry and preferred by most operators.

The Delta 500 Easy Life is a self-aligning hydraulic butt fusion machine, suitable for welding under-pressure pipes for water, gas and other fluids up to 500 mm. The DELTA 500 EASY LIFE, thanks to a special gearcase, is able to manage the automated welding process. This machine is built in accordance to International standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1).
