Delta Butt Fusion Welder

These machines are manually operated and often setup with an external datalogger or QA system which we can supply or tie in with the use of the PE Weld Bank system we also provide to the market.
This page covers some of the standard models we provide in NZ. With sizes 63mm up to 355mm we only stock the Easylife Automatic range of Butt Welders in NZ which is based on customer feedback and industry demands with councils and engineers.

No tools are required to place our butt welder’s inserts, just push a button to lock and unlock them.

With SMARTLocK, installing and removing the inserts is effortless and no tools are needed! Just a gentle press on the locking button, and you’re ready. This is a true time-saver!
Another advantage? RITMO’s uses thin inserts that easily grip also short-elbows and different types of fittings making the installations a breeze.

Ritmo DELTA 500mm
With DELTA 500 it is possible to weld fittings such as elbows, tees, junctions and stub ends. This is possible because the 3rd clamp can be anchored to the 1st and 2nd (movable) and slide along with the pipe. The fittings can then be locked in the 4th clamp. Short neck stub ends can be welded with the help of a stuck chuck tool (available on request).
Available in 230 V and 400 V.
Size range is 200mm up to 500mm
