EASY LIFE Butt Welders by Ritmo are world recognised for their ease of use and reliability. They bring professional-grade butt fusion technology within reach for every contractor. These machines combine simplicity with reliability, and are perfect for any contractor involved with welding polymer piping.
These automatic self-aligning hydraulic butt fusion welding machines are suitable for welding pressure pipes for water, gas and other fluids. With a proven track record in NZ, and full support and servicing provided by UPG, these machines are trusted by welding technicians throughout the world. They are built in accordance with international standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1) and are supplied to many international markets.
We provide support and demonstration on any new butt welder purchase, including after-sale support and spares. All equipment is serviced in our workshop by trained technicians so you can rely on us to provide service and support for the lifetime of your machine.
We also stock a wide range of critical spares to ensure you aren’t left stuck should you have a breakdown or issue on your site.

High Quality Butt Fusion Welding
Features
- Machine body built with a supporting frame, four clamps and two hydraulic cylinders with fast non-drip coupling connections. It comes with the fast-locking-adapters system SMARTLock patented by Ritmo.
- A Teflon-coated (PTFE) heating plate with a built-in independent thermometer to check the working temperature.
- An extractable electric milling cutter to face the heads of the pipes and/or fittings. It includes a safety micro-switch and a thermal circuit breaker.
- An electro-hydraulic gearcase protected from crashes and atmospheric corrosion by a plastic box. The electronic system guarantees the continuous repeat of the welding cycles and automatic control of the preset parameters, therefore the operator needs only to validate the welding phases.
- The user-friendly graphic display allows quick setting of desired parameters. The EASY LIFE system can store up to 4000 welding cycles and are easily exported off the machine as a PDF file. This report can be transferred to a PC/laptop through a USB port and data-management software.
- Additionally, you can purchase an annual license for the SET & GO PRO app which enables you to run the whole welding process from your phone and upload QA welding logs to the cloud for project managers/engineers to access. The EASY LIFE machines are Wi-Fi ready and works easily together with the SET & GO PRO app.
250mm EasyLife Butt Welder
