HP Flanges
Similar for size pipeline flange connections the High Performance (HP) Flange provides a purpose-designed PE stub end with an integrated rotating backing ring.
HP flanges from Reinert-Ritz are high-performance solutions for the full pressure load capacity of a loose flange and backing flange connection. A special PE100 welding neck collar and a backing flange are precisely matched and captively connected to each other. The collar and flange engage positively at their connecting surfaces like a tongue and groove, transferring axial pipe forces across the entire flange surface.
This design protects the PE collar from deformation and enables pressure loads up to 25 bar depending on dimensions. Particularly important for high pressure pipelines.
