KCDC are undertaking works alongside Brian Perry Civil at the Waikanae Water Treatment Plant to build a rapid mix tank, a new clarifier and storage tanks for the coagulant and flocculant additives.

UPG have been involved with supply and welding of the 800mmOD PE Mainlines and other associated pipelines for 355mm and 180mm lines.

With our ability to pre-fabricate sections we we were able to save the contractor significant savings on their programme along with cost efficiencies. Instead of being 5+ days onsite for the 800mm PE Clarifier pipeline welding, we could pre-fabricate to measure, then complete 1 day of site welding and have these laid sections in place. Great outcome for our client!
