Pipe Rollers & Dollys
PE Pipe rollers are used when butt-welding to make handling the pipe safer and easier. Pipe rollers are essential for larger diameter pipes to reduce drag pressures and ensure that welds are performed to a high standard. There are many variations available depending on your requirements onsite. Generally pipe rollers are used to support the length of pipe being welded and also to support the pipe string as it is pulled out of the machine.
UPG Pipe rollers are manufactured from galvanised steel with durable steel roller assemblies designed to accommodate a range of pipe sizes/weights.
There are three variations available off the shelf.
All pipe rollers support pipe up to SDR11. Customised options available on request.
Adjustable pipe rollers allow for variations in ground heights or welder set-ups.
A simple design utilising sliding box section and pins to set the stand height. These rollers will accommodate pipe from 180mm up to 1000mm.
UAPR-1000G-400 – Adjustable Height Roller to suit pipe 180-1000mm (400mm min height)
UAPR-1000G-650 – Adjustable Height Roller to suit pipe 180-1000mm (650mm min height)
UAPR-1000G-900 – Adjustable Height Roller to suit pipe 180-1000mm (900mm min height)

Pipe dolly enables one man to lift and transport pipe, toolboxes, and other heavy components.
