PE Pipe rollers are used when butt-welding to make handling the pipe safer and easier. Pipe rollers are essential for larger diameter pipes to reduce drag pressures and ensure that welds are performed to a high standard. There are many variations available depending on your requirements onsite. Generally pipe rollers are used to support the length of pipe being welded and also to support the pipe string as it is pulled out of the machine.
UPG Pipe rollers are manufactured from galvanised steel with durable steel roller assemblies designed to accommodate a range of pipe sizes/weights.
There are three variations available off the shelf.

Adjustable pipe rollers allow for variations in ground heights or welder set-ups.
A simple design utilising sliding box section and pins to set the stand height. These rollers will accommodate pipe from 180mm up to 1000mm.

A heavy-duty Galvanized Pipe Dolly designed for transporting pipes in construction, warehouse, and industrial environments. Built with a galvanized steel frame for corrosion resistance and durability. Available in two sizes: up to 400mm with welded axle and solid wheels for stable, low-maintenance movement, and up to 560mm with welded axle and pneumatic wheels for smoother transport on uneven surfaces.
