UPG Pipe Systems have worked closely with both Stephenson & Turner and John Leen Plumbing to provide the Rainplus Siphonic Roof Drainage system at 56 The Terrace (formally Unisys House). This meant there was only 2 vertical dropper downpipes, compared to 8 on the existing conventional system that was replaced, saving a huge amount of space in the vertical services columns.

The Stream HDPE Drainage system has been used for all the trade waste drainage throughout this development as well.
