This project involves removing the existing seawater system and storage tanks, and building a new 300m2 building on the site. This building will house new holding tanks and associated research spaces.

The works have to be carefully sequenced to ensure a constant supply of filtered seawater to the research facility at all times.

UPG Pipe Systems have been involved with supplying pipework for the mechanical services contractor for seawater transfer. Very tidy installation by the team on-site.
